Description:

Native to Europe, North Africa, and Asia, Thyme is a wonderful ingredient that’s used in cuisines around the world. Its warm, distinct taste pairs well with spicy foods. Fresh leaves or whole sprigs can be used while preparing meat, poultry or fish. A little goes a long way, so use a light hand when seasoning with it. Thyme is low in Sodium and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol) Thiamin, Magnesium, Zinc and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron and Manganese.
