Savory Herb


Savory dated back to when the Romans used it as a replacement for salt and introduced it into northern Europe. They are best used for dishes that require long cooking, such as stews. Savory is a good source of Potassium, Zinc, and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Calcium and Magnesium.
